A fire damaged an Ensley substance-abuse facility Thursday
afternoon. The fire began about 2:11 p.m. at AIDS Alabama's Rectory
Substance Abuse Treatment building at 2112 Avenue H in Ensley. Fire
officials said it took them about 28 minutes to control the fire.
